Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted for return.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to undergarments, customized products, clearance items, or items marked as “Final Sale.” These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team with their order number, reason for return, and clear images (if required). Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send the product.
Returned items must be shipped within 3 days of return approval. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchange Policy
